Vendor Information


Food Vendors:

Space at the Texas Latino Gay Pride Festival is available for $200. Vendors are encouraged to operate during the entire Festival. Hours of operation are from 2:00 pm to 10:00pm.

The following will be required to be a food vendor at Texas Latino Gay Pride:

Texas Latino Gay Pride Festival will give priority to food vending booths, but certain food trucks will be accepted. The food truck must be aesthetically pleasing and in good working order.

Food vendors must have a valid permit from the Health Department. Out of town food vendors are welcome to apply and must obtain a temporary Health Permit.

Food vendors must carry liability insurance. No alcoholic beverages may be sold out of food booths/trucks.

To apply to be a Food Vendor at Texas Latino Gay Pride Festival, please send the following information to info@TexasLatinoGayPride.com with a copy of the following items:

  1. Vendor Name, Company Name, Phone Number, Mailing Address and Email Address
  2. Up to 4 pictures of the food to be served during the festival
  3. For food vendors that operate in Dallas County, a valid permit to operate from the Health Department
  4. For food vendors that operate out of Dallas County, vendors must be prepared to obtain a temporary permit upon arrival of festival grounds. Please refer to links below for requirements to pass a temporary permit.
  5. Copy of current Texas Sales Tax Permit
  6. Copy of current liability insurance of $1 million
  7. Do you need a Bilingual Eng/Span volunteer/translator? Y or N

Artisan/For-Profit Vendors:

Texas Latino Gay Pride will offer 10 X 10 booths to vendors to sell original and unique wares. Booth space is available for $250 ($150 for Non-Profit). Vendors are encouraged to operate during the entirety of the festival. Hours of operation are from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.

The following will be requirements to sell items at the festival:

  1. High quality products, either handmade or unique and beautiful. Artisans and crafts people are highly encouraged to apply.
  2. Booth space is limited to a single story 10 X 10 (if larger, please contact us). The booth may operate in a tent, but it is not a requirement.
  3. Booths will NOT be allowed to sell the following items:
    • Merchandise that promotes hate
    • Alcoholic beverages
  4. The booth must be aesthetically pleasing and decorated; booths that evoke creativity will be given special consideration
  5. Electricity will be provided by Texas Latino Gay Pride operations for an additional $50 fee; vendors must provide their own in-booth lighting.

To apply to be a Texas Latino Gay Pride vendor, please send an email to info@TexasLatinoGayPride.com with the subject Texas Latino Gay Pride Merchandise Vendor with the following information:

  1. Vendor Name, Company Name, Phone Number, Mailing Address and Email Address
  2. Pictures of the types of wares that will be sold
  3. Pictures of the booth at previously attended festivals
  4. Any specific electrical needs as it relates to the operation of the booth
  5. If the booth is providing its own electricity, please show power source/electrical source
  6. Copy of current Texas Sales Tax Permit
  7. Do you need a Bilingual Eng/Span Volunteer/Translator? Y or No

Application deadline is Friday, August 21, 2016. A committee will review all applications and notification of acceptance will be given shortly after.
